A five year old boy joined a new school. His new teacher asked, “can you read and write?” He replied that he could write but not read.

The teacher handed him a pencil and paper and told him to write his name. He looked at the paper for a few seconds before scribbling on one of the lines.

“What does that say?” asked the teacher?

“How would I know, I can’t read!” exclaimed the boy.
